High Accuracy and Fast Refresh

The Brataste indoor/outdoor thermometer utilizes advanced high-sensitivity sensors and an advanced calibration algorithm that enhances the reading accuracy by 50% compared to other sensor technology. Sensor data is refreshed every 2 seconds, providing you with the latest information on temperature and humidity.

Atomic Clock & Daylight Saving Time (DST) Function

This weather station supports 7 different North American time zones (AST, EST, CST, MST, PST, AKT, and HAT). The clock automatically connects to the time synchronization radio signal broadcast by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) via radio station WWVB, ensuring precise time. The time updates automatically during DST changes in each time zone.

Comprehensive Weather Forecast

In addition to basic temperature and humidity information, the wireless weather station offers a comprehensive forecast of the weather within an 8 to 12-mile radius of your home. The forecast data is computed over a 7 to 10-day period, improving its accuracy.

3-Channel Wireless Weather Stations

The digital weather station includes an outdoor sensor that monitors both the outside temperature and humidity. Up to two additional sensors can be added to monitor three locations simultaneously. The thermometer is equipped with a USB output port (5V/1A) that can be used for charging other devices.

Notes

1. Upon turning on, the device will enter a signal-receiving stage, turning the screen dim and disabling function keys. This typically takes 5-7 minutes to return to normal.
2. The device automatically searches for the WWVB signal at 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 am. The screen will be dark for about 7 minutes after reset. If the screen doesn't stay on, press the "LIGHT" button.
3. Under battery power, the backlight will automatically shut down to conserve battery for about 15 seconds. If you need continuous backlighting, use the DC adapter.

Additional Settings

1. If the backlight doesn't stay on or the display is not bright enough when plugged in, press and hold the light button on the top for 3 seconds and turn the night mode to OFF.
2. If the outdoor data keeps flickering, check if the device is in cycle mode. In cycle mode, the screen will display readings from CH 1 to CH 3 in turn. Press the “DOWM” button to cancel cycle mode and return to CH 1.
