Battery Backup Option

This feature ensures the alarm goes off even if the power goes out, and it stores time and alarm settings during power interruptions. Note that the display will not be lit during battery backup mode, but it will re-light once power is restored.

Bright and Clear at All Times The display is always illuminated. Use the Snooze/Dimmer switch on top of the display to adjust brightness as needed. The screen temporarily darkens while the clock is setting and searching for the atomic signal, but it stays illuminated once the signal is received.
